Pre-load for Mass Effect: Legendary Edition?

Earlier today, a Twitter users noted that the pre-load date for Legendary Edition is for 12 May, via the EA Play Pro system. If this is correct, then we should be able to pre-load the Legendary Edition remastered trilogy later today.

In just a few days we can play the complete remastered Mass Effect trilogy. Mass Effect: Legendary Edition launches on May 14 for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Xbox Series S. So whichever platform you are on, we can all enjoy it.

According to the EA Play Pro listing, there’s also a time stamp for the pre-load, 11 a.m. ET. So if this listing is accurate, then pre-loads for Legendary Edition should be going live approximately 8 a.m. PT/11 a.m. ET/4 p.m. ET today on 12 May.

Last week, a complete list of achievements for the Mass Effect: Legendary Edition trilogy leaked online. There are actually a few changes from the three original games: where an achievement originally made you to play “the majority of the Mass Effect 1” with different squamates, now this has been changed to be far less vague, making it a more realistic goal to aim for when trying to unlock the achievement.

So if you haven’t already pre-ordered now is the time to do so, this is not one that you want to miss out on.
